We don't start any work without your approval. You get a written estimate first β what we found, what it costs, and what the priority is. If you only want the critical stuff done, that's your call. We'll tell you what can wait and respect that decision.
What does the free estimate actually include?
We put your vehicle on the lift, inspect the problem properly, and give you a written breakdown before we touch anything. You'll know exactly what's wrong, what it costs to fix, and what can wait. No obligation to book the repair with us.
Do you work on my make and model?
Yes β foreign, domestic, diesel, and hybrid. Toyota, Honda, Subaru, Ford, Chevy, VW, Hyundai, Acura β if it has an engine, we service it.
How long will the repair take?
We open at 7AM Monday through Friday so you can drop off before work. We'll give you a realistic timeframe upfront and stick to it. If anything changes, we call you before we proceed β not after.
Are you open on weekends?
We're open Monday through Friday, 7AM to 5:30PM. We're closed weekends. If you need to drop off after hours, call us at (503) 773-5334 and we'll arrange it.
